Project GREEN 2026 Summit

8th annual Teacher Conference

Join us for two inspiring days of sustainability-focused learning in Boise. Educators, industry experts, and students will come together to collaborate, share ideas, and explore ways to empower students through environmental education, science, and sustainability initiatives.

Day One will take place at Whittier Elementary School and will highlight success stories from regional teachers, education-focused nonprofits, and city partners. Sessions will focus on practical classroom strategies, available resources, and successful partnerships that support sustainability education.

Day Two will be hosted at the Ada County Education and Outreach Facility (Landfill Learning Center). Participants will take guided tours, explore local plants and ecosystems, and engage in hands-on, field-based learning experiences.

Educators who attend both days and complete the required work plan are eligible to earn one Northwest Nazarene University (NNU) credit.
